What are the typical advancement or promotion opportunities?
Nathan Levy · Director of SW
So, you know, we're in such a great industry, such a fast-paced green industry that we have so many things to do, we have so many value to bring to our customers. That means that there are always, always opportunities to drive new things, to take leadership, to move, to make things move, and anyone who comes and who wants and is capable of making things happen, of leading people, whether it's formally on informally positioned, they're going to find a way to be of great value to the company. So, we really at QM really make sure to push everyone to the maximum of their potential, and that also means in terms of leadership. We have more technical leadership opportunities, more individual contributors, where people who have very, very important technical strengths can have a big influence on all the people working here, and of course we have a lot of leadership opportunities for people leadership. Leading teams, leading people, of course, can be formally leading teams, being a global manager, but also informally leading groups of people working together on the same thing. We will have a lot of opportunities to show your leadership strengths.
